Just over two days before I walk into the MTC and the next two years of my life.
Lots of hugs with family and checking and rechecking my luggage to make sure that I am ready and not forgetting anything. I must be close to 10,000 steps by now haha. The check list isn't what I am used to.. no computer or tablet (Not that I'd be able to get them back from my mom or sister anyway haha) no charger cords, wall connectors, headphones or Bluetooth headsets. Just mission supplies, ties, suits, socks and shoes.
I am equally excited, nervous, sad, happy, and intrigued by this whole experience so far and I can't wait for everyone to be able to follow me on here. Just for clarification for those of you who don't know, my sister, Jill, will be posting on this blog for me. What she will post are copies of my emails home and whatever pictures I send. Please keep me in your prayers, follow me here and email me whenever you want, I will try my best to get back to people.
Now its time to load em up and move em out! Don't forget to check here for updates!

The Countdown is on!
Two weeks before I head to the MTC! 15 days in counting! I can't wait to serve in such an amazing place! I am so grateful for the opportunity to serve and finishing up the last minute details before its off to Utah for six weeks to learn some Italian and prepare to head to Italy! I had my farewell on Sunday and it was so great to see so many wonderful people and spend time with the Potsdam Branch! I'm getting ready to give my Facebook Password to my sister and give up my cell phone! Don't forget to keep in touch while I'm in Italy, I would love to hear from you!
